The General Commissariat of St Therese and St Albert celebrated together the joy and happiness of becoming a Commissariat. On Feb 22, all friars and well wishers gathered together in the Carmelaram Priory Chapel and offered Holy Mass in gratitude. Most Rev. Micael O’Neill O.Carm, Prio General of the Carmelite Order presided over the liturgy. Rev. Fr. Robert Puthussery O.Carm, General Councilor for Asia, Australia and Oceania, Rev. Fr. Anthony Scerii O.Carm, former Special Delegate, were also present.
